Crabtree & Evelyn, Niagara-on-the-Lake opened in 1986 as a licensed store. Located in Historic Niagara-on-the-Lake and just a few miles away from Canada’s spectacular Niagara Falls, it is easy to see why so many customer’s have visited us over the years. Selected as one of the Top 10 Most Romantic Small Towns in North America;, we are also home to the renowned Shaw Festival Theatre and Niagara's Wine Region and an amazing selection of restaurants.

This year we begin celebrating the Bicentential of the the historic War of 1812.  Our store location in town has been linked to British heritage going back to the 1800's.  Early town records show that our store location was owned by William Dickson, a Scottish merchant who sold supplies to the military garrison and local settlers.  On Dec 11, 1813 the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake was burned to the ground and our current store was rebuilt in 1835. 

Our unique Crabtree & Evelyn store blends small town great service with Crabtree & Evelyn’s renowned quality products.  Pop into the store and let the stress of the day wash away as you take in the wonderful aroma and explore all our treasures. In the background, the gentle “clip clop” of a horse and carriage as it passes the store helps you slip into the world of our company namesake, John Evelyn - for just a moment.

We now ship the complete line of Crabtree & Evelyn products across Canada, so if you are not able to visit us in person, we would be happy to ship your order to you or directly to any friends or family across Canada.

Your on-line order is reviewed promptly upon receipt and we try to get it packed and shipped out to you the same business day, if possible. We are here to help, if you have any questions. Send us an email (yes, we do respond to them promptly) or give us a call in the store from 10 am to 6 pm (EST), 7 days a week.

Our service doesn't end when your order leaves our store. We not only provide you tracking information about your shipment, but we follow it ourselves so that we know that every package reaches it's destination as planned.  If there are any hiccups along the way, we are here to help get everything sorted out.
